What is the Clearstone Dental Care Plan
​​The Clearstone Dental Care Plan is a preventive membership that helps you maintain excellent oral health through regular check-ups, hygiene care, and early diagnosis.
By spreading the cost monthly, you benefit from consistent care while avoiding larger one-off dental bills.
What is Included
No patient joining fee

Two comprehensive Dental Check-ups per year including any necessary dental x-rays with the principal dentist

Two 45 minute appointments per year for a thorough clean and polish with our dental hygienists
​
10% off most private treatment fees, including general and cosmetic treatment (excludes Invisalign, Implants and any other specialist treatment))

An excellent way to ensure that your dental health continues to be monitored and maintained. ​

Only £25 per month providing a saving over 25% per year.

The Small Print - Terms and Conditions
This is a preventive dental care membership plan and not an insurance product
​
A minimum initial term of 12 months applies to all memberships
​
Following the initial term, the plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with one month’s notice
​
If the plan is cancelled within the initial 12-month period, the practice reserves the right to recover the cost of any discounts applied to treatments received during the membership
​
The 10% discount applies to most general dental treatments but excludes Implants, Invisalign, Spark Aligners, and specialist services
​
All treatments are subject to clinical suitability
​
Membership benefits are available once the first payment has been successfully collected.
