How the Clearstone Dental app handles your information. In short: the app has no account and does not collect your medical records, and the few things it stores stay on your phone.

The Clearstone Dental app is provided by Hayder Hasen, trading as Clearstone Dental, 1 King William Street, London EC4N 7AR. For any privacy question, email hello@clearstonedental.co.uk or call 0800 368 8524.
These are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us, and they are deleted if you delete the app:
When you book an appointment or fill in your medical history, the app opens our secure patient portal, provided by Dentally. Your details go into your patient record at the practice, not into the app, and are covered by our practice privacy notice and Dentally's privacy policy.
If you join the Dental Care Plan, the app opens a secure sign-up form provided by GoCardless, which handles your Direct Debit. GoCardless's privacy notice applies to the information you enter there.
When you share an invite, the app adds your name and invite code to a message, and you choose who to send it to. We never ask you for your friend's details. If your friend shows the invite at their first visit, we record the referral (your name, your friend's name and the date) in our practice records, so we can email you about your thank-you. We keep this only as long as needed for that and for our accounting records.
To show our latest news, offers, fees and opening hours, the app downloads them from Google, where we keep that content. App updates are delivered through Expo, the service the app is built with. As with any internet connection, these providers receive your device's IP address and basic technical information to deliver the content.
Buttons for calling us, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google reviews open those apps or websites, and their own privacy policies apply.
The app is intended for our patients and their parents or guardians. Refer a friend is open to patients aged 18 and over.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change how the app uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
